Jatbula Trail, Northern Territory.

From Nitmiluk Gorge to Leliyn on the traditional land of the Jawoyn people. You pass magnificent waterfalls and cross through monsoonal and open forest, grassland and river plains. The trail is named after Jawoyn Traditional Owner, Peter Jatbula, who was instrumental in securing land rights. Ancient rock art on escarpment outcrops is visible during the trek. Each day finishes at a waterhole for a refreshing swim – crocodile free!
