Our first issue
is here!

Issue one of Walkers Journal takes us for an overnight hike through the exquisite, wet sclerophyll forests of Tasmania’s Shadow Lake.

We explore Melbourne’s Maribyrnong River, passing through the winding streets of Avondale Heights with its strong migrant history. Hop on a train to the Blue Mountains and spend the day walking and swimming in the enchanting Sassafras Gully.

Experience the drama and beauty of the Bay of Fires over four days, both solo or with Indigenous Australian guides. Pack a tent and camp amongst the extraordinary peaks and alpine meadows of Mount Feathertop or explore the rugged beauty of Coffin Bay on South Australia’s Eyre Peninsula, shucking an oyster or two along the way.
