This steep climb to the 489m granite peak provides sweeping views over Croajingolong National Park, Mallacoota Inlet and the Howe Range towards the NSW border. The scale of the 2019 bushfires is daunting, yet the rich new growth of eucalypts, acacias and wildflowers provides an impressive scene amongst the large domed boulders. The view from the summit is of serried ranges stretching toward the Australian Alps beyond the north western horizon.
