Hard

This is a great walk to experience the majestic views and lush river valleys of the High Country and can be tackled as an arduous 25 km in and out day walk or one-way hike with a car shuffle. It cannot be emphasised enough how exposed you are to elements when heading from Razorback Walk trailhead at Diamantina Hut and out along the ridge towards Mt Feathertop before veering left onto the Bon Accord Walking Track. For best views and safety ensure you choose benign, clear weather conditions. In late spring and early summer wildflowers are abundant and the confluence of Washington Creek and the East Ovens River offers a rejuvenating swim.
