A beautiful walk especially in the early morning or pre sunset. From the Middle Beach campground in the Mimosa Rocks National Park, follow the sign to the lagoon and head through stands of eucalypts and burrawangs, an ancient cycad. Watch for roos on the banks and sea eagles soaring above. Cross over to the ocean beach for a dip and maybe spot migrating humpbacks or pods of dolphins.
