Leven Canyon, Tasmania.

This is an easily accessible circuit that goes via two lookouts that provide amazing views of the 250 metre deep gorge carved out by the Leven River as it flows through the limestone escarpment. The canyon is a wildlife corridor from the coast at Bass Strait up to Cradle Mountain. The circuit passes through a forest and a verdant fern glade with colourful fungi and native wildlife.
