  • Terrain: Gravel

Moderate

At the trail head at the town’s Visitor Centre, take the well-marked trail through karri and jarrah forest to the giant Gloucester Tree. Recommended to do early in the morning for best wildlife spotting and incredible views from atop this magnificent karri tree, which was used for fire spotting in the 1940s. Take binoculars if you can. An easy walk but the tree climb is only for the brave.
