Hike via a sclerophyll forest and climb to a high plateau until immersed in endemic alpine vegetation. Towering dolerite peaks are the backdrop to glacially carved moraines and numerous tarns. Look for Bennett’s Wallabies, pademelons and quolls. Sidewalks to Mt Jerusalem, The Temple and Solomon’s Throne are recommended. The multi-day hike can be self guided or booked with guides.
