The Horn Track, Victoria.

The Horn at 1723 metres is the highest point in the Mt Buffalo National Park. From the peak there are sweeping 360 degree views with the Australian Alps to the north and the Ovens Valley in the foreground. The national park was created in 1898 and includes dramatic granite tors and vegetation adapted to extreme seasonal climate variations. Keep an eye out for swamp wallabies, rosellas and wombats. There are over 90km of walking trails in the national park.
