By the end of 2019, we had the bookings for flights, accommodation and transport all sorted; we were right to go, but then 2020 came. Luckily, the NT National Parks allowed us to transfer our bookings to 2021. So on a beautiful day we set off along the trail following the path of the Traditional Owners, the Jawoyn people who have been travelling this path for thousands of years. The trail was named after Peter Jatbula, one of the Jawoyn Traditional Owners, who used to walk this trail with his family.
