Disappear along the littoral edge of the Great Ocean Road. Heading west from Jamieson Creek across mudstone reefs you will come across isolated coves and empty beaches with some good swimming options. Halfway along is the memorial to the Barque W B Godfrey wrecked in 1891 in a wild storm. Boggaley Creek further on is the site of another dramatic incident where the Pong Su attempted to drop 150kg of heroin on a rough dawn in 2003.
